If the 30-day trial period has expired, you have to install a license to continue using the Dapfor’s components.

The license for Dapfor’s components consists of two parts:

  • Licensee info
  • Activation key

Both licensee info and key are stored in the system registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Dapfor. The licensee information and activation key for the Dapfor .Net Grid are stored respectively under string keys: NetGridLicense and NetGridKey.

You can install the license information manually or with the License installer into the package <Dapfor.LicenseInstaller.exe>. The installer can also be downloaded from our website.

The Dapfor .Net Grid is a licensed component using Microsoft standard licensing model. Please read the following to compile a license for Dapfor's software.

Licenses needed for compilation and software operation are required only for computers of developers that are used for final product compilation. In distribution of final product it is sufficient to copy the Dapfor.Net.dll assembly to final package. Installation of Dapfor’s products or licenses to end user computers is not required.
