Parameters

precision
Type: System..::..Int32
The precision.
shortForm
Type: System..::..Boolean
if set to true the values will be shown in the short form.
showZero
Type: System..::..Boolean
if set to true, the DecimalFormat will show '0' symbol for the zero values.
